In the event that you are not happy with the items that you receive from us, please contact us. We will make it right in any way possible.
Most of the items in our store are built to order. We pride ourselves in building and delivering boards that are carefully crafted and fresh. These items have not languished in a warehouse for months or years. Because we build each board individually, you can expect a week of processing for us to get the board built and shipped. The processing time may be extended around holidays and busy seasons. We can normally accommodate rush orders if you contact us prior to the actual order.
Shipping time will generally be within a week. We ship items using USPS or UPS ground.
Our return policy extends 30 days from receipt of product. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
